A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider operating that result service. Our servers do not retain a copy of search queries. If you contact us, we use the message content only to respond.

Hosting systems may log an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for reliability and usage trends. Basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools.
How Information Is Used

Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.

Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and technical logs are retained only for the purposes described here. No user account, password, or visitor profile is created by this site.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266, codified at N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., can provide access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out rights for covered controller data. Because we hold little visitor information, a request generally concerns the contact mailbox or technical logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by New Jersey, Monmouth County, or Hazlet Township remain under the custodian's control, and publicly available government information may be excluded from the Act.
